    Sigma it and security solution company have created a mobile application and web portal as “MID” based on digital id on QR Code . This App is providing service to share your profile and contacts to others whom you want to share and other utility like Toke, Appointment, Check-in. A Business or a personal user can register and make their digital ID with their personal information and can share it to other with their detail. Users can also track visiting history if they share data to each other. For the provision of the Services, we will collect the Personal Information of the Users.

    We collect your personal data from your profile only what you feed .When you create a user or business profile in MID and save it on your ID, we will save information provided by You on our server. In user or business profile, you must provide your mobile no, Name, and address or location. Additional information that may be provided at Your option include, as your photo, email address, professional website, Facebook page, Twitter and other social profile link address , payment link and your working profile and category where from you belong. NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION.
    When you use our app, we may collect information regarding the mobile/ tab device details, domain and host from which you access the internet, the Internet Protocol [IP] address of the computer or Internet service provider [ISP] you are using, and anonymous site statistical data.


  3. How Your Information secure
    We will not sell, share or rent your personal information to any 3rd party or use your email address/mobile number for unsolicited emails and/or SMS. Any emails and/or SMS sent by MID will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services. Periodically, we may reveal general statistical information about us & our users, such as number of visitors, Offers provided by business users, etc.

Whenever you change or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. Its Users or any other person and verify provided User profile information with third party providers and ensure technical service functionality and data accuracy, perform trouble-shooting and prevent or detect fraud, security breaches or illegal activities.

  8. GOVERNING LAWS AND DISPUTES

Any dispute arising, between the User and the Company shall be submitted to arbitration to be conducted in Lucknow,Uttar Pradesh India in English language, in accordance with the rules of Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996 (as amended from time to time), by a sole arbitrator, who shall be appointed by the Company and the award made in pursuance thereof shall be binding on the Users and the Company. The dispute resolution and arbitration process mentioned in this section shall not prohibit parties from approaching the courts for appropriate interim reliefs. Parties further agree that the courts in Lucknow U.P India shall have an exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.


  9. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
    All rights not expressly granted in this Privacy Policy are reserved by the Company and its licensors, as the case may be. Nothing contained in this Privacy Policy shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppels or otherwise any license or right under any copyright, patent, trademark or other intellectual property right of Company or any other person or to User.
